Key takeaways
19 of the 72 ask viewers to comment a word, such as SHOP or LINKS, in at least half of their recent Reels. The links then arrive by direct message, not from a link in the bio.
13 of the 72 build their accounts around one body type or age: 3 style a petite frame, 6 a curvy, midsize, or plus-size body, and 4 dress for life over 40. Each states a height, a size, or an age in the bio or captions.
8 of the 72 show no sponsored post in the last 90 days, among them Lisarosii, the second-ranked creator.

Who are the biggest fashion influencers on Instagram?
The best fashion influencers on Instagram aren’t simply the accounts with the most followers. Instagram shows videos to people based on how the video performs individually, not just based on who follows the creator. As a result, a small or mid-sized account can reach more people than one several times its size.
That’s why we rank Instagram fashion influencers by median views of their videos (average number of people a typical video reaches). As of October 2026, the five most-watched are Chiara Ferragni, Lisarosii, Evelyn Tandoko, Tamara Kalinic and Matilda Djerf.
What fashion creators on Instagram post
Luxury and fashion-week creators: front rows, runways, and designer looks, often as photo carousels with a few Reels from the shows.
Stylists and style educators: one lesson per Reel, from outfit formulas to the colors that go with a pair of jeans.
Petite, midsize, and plus-size creators: fit tests of jeans, coats, and dresses for shorter, curvier, or larger bodies, often with measurements on screen.
Menswear creators: tailoring, sneakers, and archive streetwear, often broken down into color combinations.
Vintage and upcycling creators: thrift flips, sewing tutorials, and dresses from past decades worn as everyday clothes.
The 72 Instagram fashion influencers to know
Grouped by what each creator posts: designer looks, styling lessons, try-ons, everyday outfits, styling for one body type or age, menswear and streetwear, and vintage. The number beside each name is the creator’s overall rank.
Designer looks and fashion weeks

Fashion-week and event Reels from Milan, Paris, and Madrid, mixed with family, food, and launches for the creator’s own fashion and beauty brands. Most captions are in English, some in Italian.

What’s working in fashion Instagram this month
We analyzed the 896 posts these 72 creators published on Instagram in the last 30 days. Of those, 95 beat their creator’s usual views by 3× or more.
Here are the hooks that are working, read from each post’s caption, title, or on-screen text.
1. The one-line opinion (22% of breakout posts)
“Fashion changes, but classic style is eternal 💋”
The most common opening among this month’s breakouts was a firm opinion about clothes, stated in the caption’s first line: “Sometimes classic is better”, “Start with the pants!”, “bring back gatekeeping”. 13 different creators opened a breakout Reel this way.
The Reel then shows the outfit that backs the opinion up. For a brand, the line has to sound like the creator’s own taste; a slogan from a brief reads as one.
2. One piece, several ways (17% of breakout posts)
“Your jeans need these colors👖Part 2”
These captions name a styling move up front: a number of outfits from one piece, a color pairing, or a fix for a fit. The most-viewed breakout of the month, at 26M views, was a guide to the colors that go with jeans, and the other parts of the same series broke out too.
Numbered series are common in this format, and viewers come back for the next part. A brand’s piece works here as one of the options, not as the subject.
3. The caption that only names the look (16% of breakout posts)
“Rihanna Arriving at Matieres Fecales!!”
A large share of breakouts said almost nothing: the outfit, the day, or the moment, and no promise of a lesson. “that time of the week”, “Autumn tweed”, and “Forecast called for the mid-70s” all broke out.
This works when the clothes or the scene carry the Reel by themselves, as with fashion-week footage or a strong single outfit. It does not suit a product that needs explaining.
Drew Thomas: “Sometimes classic is better” reached 3.3M views, 36.7× their usual.
Kimmi: “Styling 1 black dress into 4 different outfits >.<” reached 4.3M views, 30.2× their usual.

How to choose a fashion creator on Instagram
A clothing, shoe, or accessories brand booking on Instagram is paying for two things: Reels that reach people, and a route from the Reel to the product. Check both before you send a brief.
1. Find out how the links travel
A large share of these creators reply to a comment such as SHOP with a direct message full of links. Ask whether your affiliate or tracking links survive in those messages, and how long the creator keeps replying after the post goes up.
Where the links sit on a link page in the bio, ask how long your pieces stay at the top of it.
2. Match the size range to the creator
A creator who states a height or a size shows how clothes fit one kind of body. Send the sizes that match, and check the stated size against your own chart before you choose the pieces.
3. Look back three months at the brand work
Scroll back three months and count the posts made for brands, and note which brands. A feed where most Reels are paid gives each one less weight, and a recent post for a direct competitor is worth knowing about before you pitch.
4. Agree on the disclosure in writing
Gifted pieces need a disclosure as much as paid ones. The FTC tells creators not to rely on a platform’s disclosure tool alone, so ask for “ad” in the caption as well as Instagram’s paid-partnership label.
How we built this Instagram influencer list
We identified and ranked these creators by searching hundreds of thousands of top performing fashion posts across Instagram with Klint.
We rank by median views across each creator’s recent Reels, so one viral post can’t lift an account up the list. Creators from any country qualify if they post in English or with no words, at least half of their recent posts show clothes or styling, and their median reaches 50K views.
To get this list or a similar one for yourself, describe the creators you’re looking for in the Klint web app, or paste this prompt into any AI agent connected to Klint:

Questions about Instagram fashion influencers
Who are the top fashion influencers on Instagram right now?
As of October 2026 the top five Instagram fashion influencers by median views are Chiara Ferragni, Lisarosii, Evelyn Tandoko, Tamara Kalinic and Matilda Djerf.
Who is the most followed fashion influencer on Instagram?
Chiara Ferragni, with 27M followers. The same account leads the ranking, with a typical Reel reaching 2.8M people.
Why are some famous fashion names not on this list?
The list needs at least six Reels in 90 days, Reels that show their views, and mostly fashion posts. Wisdom Kaye posted only four Reels in that time, not counting a brand’s Collab, Camila Coelho’s Reels hide their view counts, and Olivia Palermo, Negin Mirsalehi, and Julie Sariñana posted few Reels about clothes.
How do I find fashion influencers on Instagram?
Start with the creators who already tag your pieces or your competitors’ pieces, then open each Reels tab and note what a typical Reel gets. In Klint you can describe the creator instead, for example “curvy creators on Instagram who try on denim”, and get a ranked list.
How much do Instagram fashion influencers charge?
The price depends on what a typical Reel reaches, the format (a Reel, a Collab post, or a carousel), how long you can reuse the content, and any exclusivity. Fashion deals often mix a fee with gifted pieces and a commission on sales through the creator’s links.
Can a creator ask to be removed?
Yes. Any creator can ask to be taken off Klint’s lists, and the request applies to every page they would otherwise appear on.
