Key takeaways

  • 18 of the 24 get their best views on Instagram and 6 on TikTok. None is on YouTube: of 19 UGC channels checked there, 1 had a typical video above 3,000 views, and it posts hair-care tips and its own guide, not videos for brands.
  • 18 of the 24 make most of their brand videos for skincare, haircare, makeup or fragrance. The other 6 split across food, hotels, supplements, home goods, gadgets, apps and jewelry.
  • For 7 of the 24, the best video of the month showed the shoot rather than the finished ad: the set, the lights, and the clip that came out of it.

Who are the top UGC creators?

The best UGC creators aren’t simply the accounts with the most followers. Instagram and TikTok both show videos to people based on how the video performs individually, not just based on who follows the creator. As a result, a small or mid-sized account can reach more people than one several times its size.

That’s why we rank UGC creators by median views of their videos (average number of people a typical video reaches). As of October 2026, the five most-watched are Neli, Menika Bisht, Mariamkha, Halimat and Kate.

The kinds of UGC video brands order

  • Testimonials: The creator talks to camera and uses the product on their own skin, hair or home, the way a customer would.
  • Hands-only demos: The face stays out of frame and the product fills it, which makes the clips easy to cut into ads.
  • Unboxings: The package is opened on camera, from a single product to a full PR box.
  • Voiceovers: A script is recorded over product footage, so the words and the pictures can each be changed later.
  • Shoot breakdowns: The set, the lights and the macro lens are part of the video, shown beside the finished clip.

The 24 UGC creators to know

Grouped by the products each creator makes videos for most often. The number beside each name is the creator’s overall rank.

Skin and hair care

Product videos for cleansers, serums, masks and hair care, often filmed on their own skin or as a full shoot.

04 Halimat

Skincare reviews of Korean beauty brands, filmed on camera with before-and-after shots of the creator’s own skin. Every recent post names a skincare brand.

What’s working for UGC creators this month

We analyzed the 276 posts these 24 creators published on Instagram and TikTok in the last 30 days. Of those, 35 beat their creator’s usual views by 3× or more.

Here are the hooks that are working, read from each post’s caption, title, or on-screen text.

1. The shoot, not the ad (29% of breakout posts)

“Re-creating a bathroom scene in my kitchen!”

These captions promise the making of a product video rather than the product: “film with me”, “behind the scenes”, “the setup vs the final result”. Seven creators had a breakout like this, and no one account supplies most of them.

The first frame of Juliet’s TikTok video
1.1M views · 146.5× their usual

For a brand, the footage is a second video from the same day of filming. Ask for the behind-the-scenes clips in the brief, and agree whether the creator may post them with your product in shot.

2. The product, named first (17% of breakout posts)

“Estée Lauder’s Glimmer is a fragrance that creates a soft, warm, and elegant aura the moment it touches your skin.🦋”

The first line of the caption names the product, or the box it came in: a fragrance, a new concealer, a phone, a PR package opened on camera. Four creators had these breakouts.

The first frame of Mariamkha’s Instagram video
586K views · 3.6× their usual

The opening works for a launch or a product a viewer already searches by name. It carries less for a new brand nobody knows yet.

3. The result before the product (9% of breakout posts)

“The Secret To My Glow Result!!!”

The caption leads with the outcome, a glow or a lash, and names the product later. There are three of these breakouts, one each from three creators, all in beauty.

The first frame of Halimat’s TikTok video
623K views · 4.9× their usual

It is the shape of a testimonial ad: before and after, then what made the difference. A product with a visible result suits it; a supplement or an app needs a different proof.

This month’s 3 biggest breakout videos

Viktoriia: “The masterpiece itself😅😂🍯😍” reached 2.9M views, 331× their usual.

Sarah Lightowler: “Come behind-the-scenes of a UGC food creator, creating some content with a potato company that I’ve been creating content for, for 8 months 🤯” reached 304K views, 33.9× their usual.

Gabi: “The most satisfying part 🤤” reached 99.6K views, 18.2× their usual.

How to choose a UGC creator

A brand that hires a UGC creator is buying videos and the right to use them, not the creator’s audience. These checks are about the work and the terms.

1. Watch the portfolio, then the feed

The portfolio shows the ads a creator has made for other brands, cut the way they ran. The feed shows something a portfolio cannot: whether their videos hold strangers when no ad budget pushes them. Look for both in your product category.

2. Decide where the video will run before you agree a price

A video for your own feed, a paid ad from your account, and a paid ad from the creator’s account are three different jobs. The last one, often called whitelisting, runs the creator’s own post as your ad. On TikTok that is a Spark Ad, which runs with the creator’s authorization for a period you agree, so set that period in the contract.

3. Put the usage rights in writing

Name the channels, the length of time, and whether you may edit the video, cut it down, or run it as an ad. If you want to make new versions later, ask for the raw footage in the same agreement.

4. Order more than one opening

The same footage can open on the shoot, on the product’s name, or on the result. Ask for two or three first lines for each video, so you can test which one holds viewers before you spend on the winner.

5. Agree the disclosure if they post it too

Many UGC creators post client work on their own accounts as samples, often with the brand tagged and no ad words. If your video goes on their feed, the FTC’s guidance for influencers says the relationship must be disclosed, also when the only payment was free product.

How we built this UGC creator list

We identified and ranked these creators by searching hundreds of thousands of top performing posts across Instagram and TikTok with Klint.

We rank by median views across each creator’s recent videos, so one viral post can’t lift an account up the list. Creators from any country qualify if they post in English and most of their own feed is videos made for brands, not lessons on becoming a UGC creator.

To get this list or a similar one for yourself, describe the creators you’re looking for in the Klint web app, or paste this prompt into any AI agent connected to Klint:

Prompt

Find the top 24 UGC creators on Instagram and TikTok who post in English and mostly make videos for brands. Rank by median views across their last 30 videos or last 90 days, whichever is lower. Show followers, engagement and sponsored posts.

Questions about UGC creators

Who are the top UGC creators right now?

As of October 2026 the top five UGC creators by median views are Neli, Menika Bisht, Mariamkha, Halimat and Kate.

What are UGC creators?

UGC creators make short videos and photos of a product for a brand to use on its own accounts, in its ads, or on its product pages. The brand pays for the video and the right to use it, not for the creator’s audience. Many also post the finished work on their own feeds, which is how their reach can be measured.

Which platforms are these UGC creators on?

18 of the 24 are listed on Instagram and 6 on TikTok, each on the platform where a typical video of theirs gets the most views. Of 19 UGC channels checked on YouTube, none qualified.

How do I find UGC creators?

By hand, search TikTok and Instagram for “UGC” in bios and for tags such as #ugcportfolio, then open each portfolio and email the ones that fit your product. With Klint you can ask in one sentence, for example “UGC creators who film skincare, with a portfolio link”, and get the accounts with their views.

How much do UGC creators charge?

Most price per video, and the price moves with what you ask for: the number of videos and opening lines, raw footage, how long and where you may use the video, whether it runs as an ad from the creator’s account, and exclusivity in your category. Gifted product is common for samples; a video you will run as an ad is paid work.

Is UGC still a thing in 2026?

Brands are still buying it. In the 90 days to October 13, 2026, the top 24 UGC creators published at least 458 posts that carry a brand, through a paid-partnership label, an ad in the caption, or a brand tag.

Can a creator ask to be removed?

Yes. Any creator can ask to be taken off Klint’s lists, and the request applies to every page they would otherwise appear on.
