Who are the top fitness TikTokers?

The best fitness influencers on TikTok aren’t simply the accounts with the most followers. TikTok shows videos to people based on how the video performs individually, not just based on who follows the creator. As a result, a small or mid-sized account can reach more people than one several times its size.

That’s why we rank fitness TikTokers by median views of their posts (average number of people a typical post reaches). As of October 2026, the five most-watched are Sam Sulek, Joey Swoll, Aussie Fitness, The Tren Twins and Alex Alvanis.

The main kinds of fitness creator on TikTok

  • Bodybuilders: Physique updates, heavy sets, and the weeks before a show, often cut to music with few words.
  • Gym culture accounts: Reactions, etiquette, and jokes about what happens on the gym floor, usually spoken to camera.
  • Follow-along trainers: A full routine filmed so the viewer can do it at the same time, often at home.
  • Calisthenics athletes: Handstands, levers, and other bodyweight skills, shown from the first attempts to the finished move.
  • Runners: Training blocks, race days, and reviews of new shoes.

The 20 fitness TikTokers to know

The groups follow the kind of training each creator films, since that decides which products fit in the frame. The number beside each name is the creator’s overall rank.

Lifters and gym commentators, including a six-time Olympia champion. Three of the six post less than once a week.

01 Sam Sulek

What’s working in fitness TikTok this month

We analyzed the 239 posts these 20 creators published on TikTok in the last 30 days. Of those, 39 beat their creator’s usual views by 3× or more.

Here are the hooks that are working, read from each post’s caption, title, or on-screen text.

1. The offhand caption (38% of breakout posts)

“never one to say no to a challenge from the gym bros 😂”

The most common opening does not describe the workout at all. It is a joke, a mood, or a line to a training partner, and the video does the explaining.

1.9M views · 32.8× their usual

6 of the 15 come from one dance-workout account, whose captions read like messages between its dancers. The rest are spread across seven other creators, from band workouts at home to heavy lifts.

For a sponsored post, this is the opening furthest from a script. The product can sit in the video while the caption stays in the creator’s own voice.

2. The headline (23% of breakout posts)

“Strength is more than aesthetics!”

A short line that reads like a title card: a verdict, the name of a product, or what the workout is.

The first frame of Senada Greca’s TikTok video
1.7M views · 39.2× their usual

Short works. A two-word “The Standard.” from a bodybuilding champion reached more than eight times the account’s usual audience, and a review of a new racing shoe opened with nothing but the shoe’s name in capitals.

3. The held-back reveal (10% of breakout posts)

“Front walkover coming soon 🥹🤞🏽This was the MOST wholesome gym interaction!!”

The line promises something and keeps it back: what the biggest guy in the gym did, a tip few people use, the exercises worth dropping sooner.

4.8M views · 23.1× their usual

Only four breakouts open this way, each from a different creator, but together they drew 9.8M views. It suits a demonstration, where the payoff is a move, a swap, or a result the viewer stays to see.

This month’s 3 biggest breakout videos

The Fitness Marshall: “we did what had to be done” reached 842K views, 30× their usual.

Mary Aberdeen: “If you want to maximise glute growth I’d definitely recommend progressive overload as lifting the same 10kg dumbbell for 3 months won’t give your muscles a reason to grow.” reached 1.8M views, 29.5× their usual.

Jesse James West: “Who is the Strongest Fitness Influencer?” reached 3.6M views, 19.9× their usual.

How to choose a fitness creator on TikTok

If you’re picking fitness TikTokers for a sportswear, supplement, or fitness-app campaign, these checks matter more than the follower count.

1. Check what they already sell

Many fitness creators run their own training app, coaching plan, or supplement line, and mention it in most posts. Those posts are not ads, so they will not turn up when you look for sponsored work.

A creator with a supplement line will not promote yours, and one with a training app is a hard sell for a rival app. Read the links in the bio before you reach out.

2. Look at the last 90 days, not only the median

Some of the most-watched fitness accounts post a few times a month, so their median can rest on posts that are months or years old. Open their last ten posts and check the dates and the views before you plan around their reach.

3. Ask which sportswear brand they are tied to

Sportswear brands sign fitness creators as athletes, and the deal often shows only as a discount code in the bio. If you sell activewear, ask about exclusivity first. If you sell anything else, a sportswear deal is rarely a conflict, and it tells you the creator can deliver to a brief.

4. Put the disclosure in the video

Some brand launches on these accounts carried no ad label at all. The FTC’s guidance is that the disclosure should be in the video itself, not only in the description, and that a platform’s own label may not be enough on its own. Write both into the brief.

How we built this TikTok influencer list

We identified and ranked these creators by searching hundreds of thousands of top performing fitness posts across TikTok with Klint.

We rank by median views across each creator’s last 30 posts, so one viral post can’t lift an account up the list. Creators from any country qualify if they post in English or post workouts with no words, and accounts with fewer than six posts in the last 90 days are left out.

To get this list or a similar one for yourself, describe the creators you’re looking for in the Klint web app, or paste this prompt into any AI agent connected to Klint:

Questions about fitness TikTokers

Who are the top fitness TikTokers right now?

As of October 2026 the top five fitness TikTokers by median views are Sam Sulek, Joey Swoll, Aussie Fitness, The Tren Twins and Alex Alvanis.

Who is the biggest fitness influencer on TikTok?

By followers it is Noel Deyzel, at 8.3M. By the reach of a typical post it is Sam Sulek, at 2.8M views, although that account posted only 2 times in the last 30 days.

Where are these fitness TikTokers based?

All 20 post in English. Of the 12 who say where they live, 9 are in the US, 2 in the UK, and 1 in South Africa.

How do brands find fitness influencers on TikTok?

By hand, search TikTok for the hashtags and formats your product fits, such as #gymtok or follow-along workouts, then open each account and check how its last few posts did. Klint runs that search in one step: ask for something like “calisthenics creators under 500K followers who have never run a supplement ad” and you get a ranked list.

How much do fitness TikTokers charge?

There is no standard rate. The price follows the views a creator’s recent posts get more than the follower count, and it rises with the right to use the video in ads and with exclusivity, which sportswear deals often ask for. Many fitness deals pair a fee per video with a discount code the creator shares.

Can a creator ask to be removed?

Yes. Any creator can ask to be taken off Klint’s lists, and the request applies to every page they would otherwise appear on.
