Top 11 yoga influencers

The top yoga influencers in 2026 are Rouland Kévin, Yoga With Adriene, DJ Kim, Yoga with Kassandra, and Julia Lee. This list ranks 11 yoga influencers by median views across their recent videos, not by follower count. Each one was found by searching across hundreds of thousands of top-performing posts in the yoga niche.

Key takeaways

  • 6 of the 11 reach the most people on YouTube, with classes and tutorials to follow at home. The other 5 post short clips on Instagram (4) and TikTok (1), and they hold 2 of the top 3 places.
  • 8 of the 11 already have a paid offer of their own: a membership, an app, a program, teacher training, workshops, or retreats. A brand with a yoga app or a training to promote will find most of them selling a rival one.
  • Only 3 of the 11 ran a sponsored post in the last 90 days, one each, for sneakers, fitness events, and drink mixes. None was for yoga clothing, mats, or props.

Who are the top yoga influencers?

The best yoga influencers aren’t simply the accounts with the most followers. YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok all show videos to people based on how the video performs individually, not just based on who follows the creator. As a result, a small or midsized account can reach more people than one several times its size.

That’s why we rank yoga influencers by median views of their videos (the average number of people a typical video reaches). As of October 2026, the five most watched are Rouland Kévin, Yoga With Adriene, DJ Kim, Yoga with Kassandra, and Julia Lee.

Kinds of yoga influencer

  • Yoga YouTubers: Full classes to follow at home, from 10-minute stretches to hour-long flows, each titled for a body part or a mood.
  • Instagram yoga teachers: Short lessons on one pose, cue, or transition, often filmed in a studio class.
  • Yoga TikTokers: Silent pose and stretch clips set to music, many built as a few steps toward a split or a forward fold.
  • Mobility creators: Yoga-based routines for stiff hips, ankles, and backs, sold as moving well with age rather than as yoga.
  • Wellness creators: Teachers who mix yoga with meditation, sleep, and mindset, on a list of their own.

The 11 yoga influencers to know

Three ways these teachers reach people: a full class, a lesson on one pose, or a short clip that travels. The number beside each name is the creator’s overall rank.

Calm classes of 10 to 30 minutes, taught to camera from a home studio and named for what they help with: tight hips, posture, an anxious day, sleep. More than half of the uploads in the last three months went only to paying channel members.

What’s working in yoga content this month

We analyzed the 121 posts these 11 creators published on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok in the last 30 days. Of those, 8 beat their creator’s usual views by 3× or more.

Here is how this month’s breakouts open, read from what each video says in its first seconds, or from its caption when nobody speaks.

1. The god’s pose above the attempt

“Trying Yogi Dandasana 🧘”

Five of Rouland Kévin’s six breakouts this month open on an illustration of the Hindu god Shiva holding a yoga pose, with the creator below trying to match it. Nobody speaks: the clip is the attempt, set to music, and the caption names the pose.

11M views · 9.5× their usual

The usual clips also use drawings of an anonymous figure or a spine. What changed in the breakouts was the figure: one with a story behind it. One account made all of these, so for now the format belongs to it, not yet to the niche.

2. A question under a silent clip

“Still can’t touch your toes? Follow these steps 👆🏻”

With no voice in the clip, the caption carries the hook. Four of the same breakouts ask a question: whether the viewer can touch their toes yet, or whether the creator got the pose right. The usual captions give an instruction instead (“Try This Flexibility Hack!”).

19M views · 16.8× their usual

A sponsor of a silent clip gets the caption and nothing else, so the caption is where a product’s problem has to be named.

3. Two ages in the first sentence

“I am 47 and I want to keep moving freely at 80.”

DJ Kim opens most Reels on the same promise of moving well when old: a usual Reel this month starts “I want to move well in my 60s and 70s and 80s.” The breakout put the creator’s own age first, then offered three short routines instead of ten moves.

The same promise works without words. Sneha Mohit Agrawal’s best post this month is a silent flow whose caption asks how to move well in your 60s and 70s.

Yoga benchmarks by account size

This table shows what the yoga accounts on this list do at each size on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Use it to judge whether a creator’s numbers are strong for their tier.

The figures are medians across these 11 accounts, from each account’s recent videos. “Sponsored posts” is the share of posts in the 90 days to Oct 23, 2026, that carry a paid-partnership or paid-promotion label or a stated sponsor, or are part of a brand campaign.

How to choose a yoga creator

If you sell yoga clothing, mats, an app, or a retreat, the right teacher depends on how long your product stays on screen and on what the teacher already sells.

1. Match the length to the product

A full class keeps a mat, a block, or a pair of leggings in view for 20 or 30 minutes, and the teacher can say why they use it. A clip under a minute shows the product for seconds. Clothing and props suit both; an app or a program needs the minutes it takes to explain.

2. Look for a rival membership or training

Most teachers who post every week sell something of their own: a membership, a program, a training, or a retreat. Ask before you pitch a rival one, and expect a teacher with an app to keep promoting it next to yours.

3. Decide whether you need words

A silent clip set to music needs no translation and can run as an ad almost as it is. A spoken class carries the teacher’s own recommendation, which a clip with no words cannot give you.

4. Ask for the training behind a pain-relief claim

Pain-relief, posture, and pelvic-floor claims are common in yoga clips. If your product makes one, choose a teacher whose training you can check: Yoga Alliance’s teacher directory lists who holds an RYT 200 (a 200-hour training) or a 500-hour credential.

How we built this yoga influencer list

We identified and ranked these creators by searching hundreds of thousands of top-performing yoga posts across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok with Klint.

We rank by median views across each creator’s recent videos, so one viral post can’t lift an account up the list. Creators from any country qualify if they post in English or with no words and most of their recent posts teach or practice yoga, which leaves out Pilates, general fitness, and studio accounts.

To get this list or a similar one for yourself, describe the creators you’re looking for in the Klint web app, or paste this prompt into any AI agent connected to Klint:

Questions about yoga influencers

Who are the top yoga influencers right now?

As of October 2026 the top five yoga influencers by median views are Rouland Kévin, Yoga With Adriene, DJ Kim, Yoga with Kassandra, and Julia Lee.

Is Yoga With Adriene still a thing?

Yes. Yoga With Adriene is the largest channel on this list, with 13.7 million subscribers, and a typical class still reaches about 388K views, number 2 on the list. More of the new classes now go to paying channel members: 8 of the 13 uploads in the last 90 days.

Which platforms does this list cover?

Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with each teacher shown once, on the account that gets the most views. That puts 6 of the 11 on YouTube, 4 on Instagram, and 1 on TikTok. X was searched too, and no yoga account there came near these numbers.

How do I find yoga influencers for my brand?

Search the platforms for the pose names and class types your product is used in, such as yin, hot yoga, or handstands, and note which teachers post every week and who already sells their own app or training. Klint runs that search across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and ranks the teachers by views, for example "yoga teachers under 500K followers who post full classes."

How much do yoga influencers charge?

It depends on the format and on what the teacher gives up. A class built around a product costs more than a mention in a short clip, and a teacher who sells their own app or training may charge more for a rival product or turn it down. Many yoga deals are not cash only: brands also send clothing or mats, pay per class, or pay a share of sales through a code.

Why aren’t Sjana Elise or Rachel Brathen on the list?

Both are well-known names in yoga online, but fewer than half of their recent posts are yoga: Sjana Elise now posts mostly lifestyle and movement clips, and Rachel Brathen mostly life on her farm. Jessamyn Stanley still teaches yoga, but her recent videos reach fewer than 40,000 people at the median, below the cutoff for this list.

Can a creator ask to be removed?

Yes. Any creator can ask to be taken off Klint’s lists, and the request applies to every page they would otherwise appear on.
